What are the exact fees?
You pay 0% commission on your first R20,000 in gross sales. After your first R20,000, Snatch charges a flat 8% commission on completed orders, plus standard payment gateway processing. There are no monthly subscription fees.
When do I verify my identity (KYC)?
You can apply and run your first show immediately with just your phone number. FICA/KYC verification (ID + bank account confirmation) is required before your first payout leaves the Vault—never as a roadblock before your first sale.
How does shipping work?
As soon as a buyer pays into the Vault, Snatch generates a prepaid shipping label or pickup code for PAXI, Pargo, or The Courier Guy (or GIG/Fargo in NG/KE). You drop the parcel off within 48 hours.
When does the money hit my bank account?
Once the courier marks the parcel delivered and the buyer confirms (or automatically after the inspection window if no issue is raised), the Vault releases your payout directly to your linked bank account.
What is not allowed on Snatch?
Counterfeit or replica goods, unsealed cosmetics, weapons, adult content, and taking payments off-platform (e.g., asking buyers to EFT or WhatsApp you directly) are strictly prohibited.
