Quick Privacy Summary
- Phone OTP Sign-In: You sign in with your phone number and an SMS one-time code. No social logins required.
- Zero Card Storage: All card details, bank payments, and 3D Secure verification are handled by Paystack. We never see or store full card numbers or CVVs.
- No Tracking / Ad IDs: We do NOT collect precise GPS location, advertising IDs, or sell your personal data to third parties.
- In-App Deletion: You have full control over your data. Delete your account instantly in the mobile app (Settings > Delete Account) or online via our deletion portal.
1. Who We Are
Snatch Live ("Snatch Live", "we", "us") is operated by Vibegig (Pty) Ltd, a registered company in the Republic of South Africa ("the responsible party" under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, POPIA).

2. Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to operate live interactive commerce, anti-snipe auctions, and physical courier deliveries:
- Account Identifiers: Mobile phone number, display name, and avatar.
- Shipping & Delivery Details: Recipient full name, courier contact number, street address, suburb, city, province, and postal code.
- Transactions & Escrow: Orders, bids placed in live auctions, price drops triggered, vouchers used, and escrow fulfillment status.
- Snatch Coins Activity: Non-monetary loyalty points earned from watch time, stream participation, and referrals. Coins cannot be purchased with money and hold no cash value.
- Diagnostics & Network: Crash reporting via Sentry and network telemetry to activate low-bandwidth Data Saver mode automatically.
3. Payment Security & Escrow
All checkout transactions are processed through licensed payment service providers including Paystack (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified), PawaPay, and Fincra. Seller funds are held in secure trust escrow and released only upon confirmation of delivery by our integrated courier logistics partners (The Courier Guy / DHL).
4. Your Rights & Account Deletion
Under POPIA and applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account at any time within the mobile application under Settings > Delete Account or submit a request directly at snatch.live/delete-account.
