How does Escrow Protection work on Snatch Live?▼
When you buy an item or win an auction, your funds are safely held in an escrow account managed with Paystack. The seller only receives the payout after our courier partner scans the delivery as confirmed and your 48-hour inspection period has elapsed with no disputes.
How do live auctions and the anti-snipe timer work?▼
Hosts list live auctions with a starting bid and timer. Every bid placed is a binding commitment to buy. If any bid is entered in the final 30 seconds of an auction, the timer automatically extends by 30 seconds (Anti-Snipe), ensuring human buyers have equal opportunity to bid without being cheated by automated bots.
What are Snatch Coins and can I buy them with money?▼
No. Snatch Coins can never be purchased with fiat money or real currency. They are strictly an engagement reward earned by watching live streams, participating in community chats, or inviting friends. Coins have no cash value and can only be redeemed for discount vouchers on physical shipping or cosmetic chat badges.
How do I track my courier delivery?▼
Once a seller dispatches your order, a tracking number and courier tracking link (Courier Guy, RAM, or Skynet) will appear in the Snatch Live mobile app under Profile > Orders. You will also receive SMS delivery milestones.
How can I delete my account?▼
You can delete your account at any time in the mobile app by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or by using our self-service Account Deletion Page.
